The information support of program and goal planning of maintenance services of oil producing companies

The article discusses the reasonability of adjustment of the information support of program and goal planning of maintenance services. When forming the data base it is necessary to take into account the industrial specifics of the maintenance, the goals of an enterprise, its resources, including the human resources. It is emphasized the need to coordinate the personnel training programs with the general program of maintenance in the framework of the principles of RTC (resources, training, goal) - the conception belonging to the program and goal oriented technologies. The author analyzes the list of indicators, according to which the data base should be formed in order to improve the quality of maintenance planning.
