Information-oriented sociey and law 2.0

Analysis of the place occupied with the law in the modern society is the subject of the article. Changes in the modern world caused by the leading world powers course to the information- oriented society have an effect on it. A concept of Law 2.0 in the context of the subject -matter and procedure is presented on the analysis of the new theoretical conceptions and foreign legislations.
