The information space and the legal regulation of labour relations

The article discusses the issues which are connected with formation of the information space in the sphere of legal regulation of labour relations in Russia. The article author concludes about the existence of two types of information space such as a common and a confined. This is due to the private-public nature of such area as the labour law. As a common information space the article examines the state information accounting system of the results of special evaluation study of working conditions, but as a confined information space it examines employees personal records and the information space, which is formed by the use of employees and based on the use of remote ways of organizing their activities (remote employees).
