To improve the performance of maintenance operations and technical diagnostics of tractors and trucks by reducing the time spent by performers on operating the entire complex of necessary information, it is advisable to use a computerized system of information support for the execution of machine maintenance operations while improving the quality of the operations themselves and maintaining such a complex at the current level. The basis of this system is a complete set of electronic versions of normative-technical documentation and guidance, as well as means of automated computing of the predicted values of the parameters of the technical condition of components and assemblies based on the results of their technical diagnostics. With regard to tractors, such a system is represented as the interconnected set of following information blocks: maintenance operation points of the tractors, operations of technical diagnostics and prediction of residual life of components and assemblies of tractors; equipment and accessories, tools and instruments applied in the maintenance operation and technical diagnostics; fuel and lubricants and consumables, consumption rates and costs of resources, devices of the tractors under maintenance, enterprise resource support. Similarly, for trucks are considered: maintenance operations of trucks, operations of technical diagnostics and maintenance operations of trucks, assessment of the residual resource of the parameters of components and assemblies of trucks, main time standards for maintenance operations and technical diagnostics of trucks, equipment, tools and devices used in the process of truck maintenance, fuel and lubricants and consumables, their consumption rates, design of trucks under maintenance, spare parts and interchangeability. The described systems were implemented and tested in practice in relation to K-700 tractors and KamAZ trucks of four different models. The systems are represented by sets of interconnected information and computing blocks.
