Informational influence as a method of takeover defense

The article considers resources of informational influence in the process of takeover defense. The author suggests guidelines on organization of the information actions of the company under the threat of takeover. It’s emphasized that the information is an effective instrument of behaviour management, and by the information influence there appears an opportunity to change the behavior of the raider and to provoke its refusal of the takeover.
