Information aspects of coordination of decisions in corporate control systems

The article considers the aim to arrange inter-level information processes in the support systems of corporate decision making and provides a qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of the three schemes of information exchange by the example of numerical methods for block programming. Through simulation modeling of the optimization problem of the annual plans of a business combination the feasibility of using in-house prices to match corporate decisions is indicated.
