Information letters and programs of scientific conferences dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Mongolian revolution of 1921: from soft power to strategic partnership

In the last decade, the concept of soft power has become an effective instrument in foreign policy, economics, and especially in education and science, ideology, culture, and lifestyle. Using information letters from scientific and educational organizations about holding the jubilee scientific conferences, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Mongolian revolution of 1921, the author examines them as an effective instrument of soft power by Russia towards Mongolia and Mongolia towards Russia, which has been leading to strategic partnership.
