The relevance of the research topic is justified by the fact that in the modern world, IT technologies, covering all areas of human activity, play an important role in increasing the efficiency of processes, which many enterprises of the tourism industry have not fully studied. Firms that explored the possibilities of information resources and computer technologies, and then implemented them, optimized production, and also became more competitive, which allowed them to survive the crisis. The article analyzes the activities of travel companies, and identified a number of problems and proposed recommendations for the development of a system of using information technology in managing the quality of services.
