Information systems as an object of civil law relations

The article examines the features of software as a complex object of civil law relations. Information systems are being analyzed as an modern object of the contract. This work propose to a separate interpretation of the concept of «information system» as an object of civil law relations with its inherent technical features. A comparative legal research method is applied, current standards are analyzed that regulates current concept of understanding information systems as an object of civil law, also this work analyzes the interpretation of information systems in the documents of IT organizations.
