Information systems in insurance

The article discusses the main groups of information systems in insurance: corporate, specialized functional systems and online services. A brief description of the classes of the corresponding software products is given - ERP, ERP-II, CPM. Examples of information systems in each group are given. The factors determining the directions of improvement of information technologies in insurance are revealed. The main trends in the development of information systems of insurance activities are listed.
