Information technologies as means of improvement of higher education of bachelors of universities

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of higher education through information technologies. The authors have systematized the factors, determining the effectiveness of ICT use in the educational process of the University, described the options for the use of electronic educational resources within the academic and extra-curricular educational activity of universities.
