Information technology policy formulation and implementation of national and state interests of Russia

This paper analyzes the importance of the political use of information technology in the formulation and then implementation of the national government of Russia. Just consider the available political space of the main directions of Russian national interests and the technological methods of their regeneration at the level of communicative and information dissemination.
