Information control technologies of social- and-ecologic risk

The risk of causing damage to the health of people is the basic component of ecological risk. The existing procedures existing to evaluate the degree of the influence the population health of different factors do not make it possible to process data and to operationally establish the interrelations between the input and output parameters. The unified model of the harmful ejections influence on the population health, based on the neural-networks technologies is developed.
