Information technologies in the communicative interaction between citizens and local authorities (to evaluating the effectiveness)

The article discusses the aspects of information and communicative interaction of local authorities with the citizens. The peculiarities of the socio-political communication based on the perception of citizens of the virtual information discourse are shown. The article represents a resulting analysis of 10 web sites of municipal administrations, regional centers of the Central Federal district that indicate the unrealized potential information capacity of local governments. The authors come to the conclusion that the more efficient is the system feedback, the faster and more productive will be the execution of decisions and tasks set before the local governments. It is necessary to Improve the competitiveness of web sites as a form of communication with citizens: that is to raise the informativity, to present a mobile, foreign language version, also a version for people with visual disabilities, systematic surveys, online polls.
