Information technologies in translation of legal documents

Specific features of legal translation and requirements to the translation of personal data are given in the article. The practical use of information technologies in legal translation, translation memory tools, electronic dictionaries and forums in particular are studied here. The authors underline the significant role of translator’s knowledge of the subject, ability to critically analyze translation variants, find exact translation equivalents, and edit translation in the proper way.
