Information technologies in telecommunications: advantages and problems of use

Information technology has become firmly embedded in our daily life. Communications also left the usual "live" communication and moved to the Internet, becoming information communications. The pros and cons of informatization of communications and possible solutions to the problems arising in this case are considered. It is concluded that work with information resources, remote transmission and receipt of information based on computer technologies, networks and means of communication, should be based on evaluative scientific, methodological and ethical indicators that ultimately determine the information culture. The codes of computer ethics based on the norms of legality and compliance with the main moral principles that apply to all types of activities with the means of computer science and telecommunications in our country are studied.
