Informational approach to the management of production processes at the enterprises of high-technology industries

An important task of production management is currently the choice of rational forms of communication, technology and information technology. Using the information management systems substantially increases the reliability of all production stages and data preservation. Mandatory requirement for information provision is the integration of a large number of software products (family, CASE, ERP, CRM, MRP, etc.). The article presents the characteristics of these software products, specifies their features. It also develops the algorithm of information systems formation in an integrated structure (IS) and the technique of creation of information support of IS.
