This article provides information on the motivation of employees through information technology, basic concepts of motivation and direction in terms of management. More narrowly given set of OS - key tool to stimulate labor, namely such produk -ing like 1С Rarus, Business Studio 3, etc.

To encourage employees to work better, it is necessary, first of all, to define and to show them what their actions and how the impact on income. For this is perfect motivation system using the software.

Identify a motivated employee is also not difficult: it clearly knows what to expect from the company and it also clearly knows what he is waiting for from the company. Between this officer and the company established a close partnership, lying in a field of common interest. And such a state (motivated) is optimal for the resource named staff.

All the rest - it is not «able-bodied staff». In the sense that the work is not performed accurately. Not able-bodied staff represents people who consume company resources, and bring no tangible benefit to it (the cost spent more resources brought by use), or bring her harm. These people, in turn, are of two types: passive (does not do anything or does not do what you want the company) and active (sabotages any useful activity, knowingly operates harmful, passive campaigning to become proactive). The first big, but the latter is more dangerous.

If a person does not carry out useful (aimed at the realization-tion Strategy) activity, the first thing you need to pay attention - this is the company's strategic goals. Do they exist in principle, they specified, whether communicated to the employee and in what form. If this is not done, it is unlikely to expect from an employee of useful results. Lack of goals, usually accompanied by the following events:

Every day, the employee receives a lot of high-priority tasks uncoordinated. As a person in charge, he is trying to run everything at once: working for 12 hours, not sleeping, not eating. To solve such problems, but not all. Each bucket has several problems necessarily those with whom he has not managed: did not, as it should, and "how to", he should have known himself, or did not have time at all. Management is certainly notes. At the employee develops complex unsuccessful employee-loser, and he dropped his hands. In this situation, he sees two ways out: either a change of environment or the adaptation of existing habitat. The employee chooses adaptation. He stops working or pretending to work. The result is a passive employee.

The effectiveness of the organizational units of the structure is measured by performance of these units. If the company does not want to be propagated «lazy» employees, it must ensure that the performance of each organizational unit have emerged (are linked), or from the BSC, or from KPI. It is thus achieved that every staff member of the company to implement its strategy. In addition, the organization wants to target all levels are achieved, it is necessary effectiveness of employee actions to achieve its objectives, to tie employee understandable manner to his wages. To illustrate the motivation system with the help of information technology, which can be applied in any company considered such software as 1C Rarus, Business Studio 3, administrator tasks, 1C Management bonus scheme. Each program is different from each other in their functionality and the objectives of having this product in the company, the goal is determined by itself, for example, assume that a manager will use 1C bonus scheme management for ease and efficiency of their work, while the other, just to simply uses 1C Rarus for its staff, and simplicity there will be manifested in another. For clarity, we describe each of them.

Company «1C-Rarus» and IT-service centers network technology developed fast automation of a large number of retail outlets at the same time. Using this technology, the company for 1 day 30 automated retail outlets in one area. Automation was performed without stopping the work of the centers.

According to one of the head of department reviews business process automation company «1 C». The project of automation of trade 31 points, was able to realize as scheduled forces 4 specialists. In many ways it has become possible thanks to technologies developed by the company «1C-Rarus» and perfected at start of the automated system in the Moscow center. In order to avoid a situation where all deadlines have passed, and the solution of the problem does not budge, you need to monitor the progress of work in a timely manner. The whole process can be made much more efficient and easier with the help of Task Manager. That this program will provide a range of services such as:

  • -    Timely notification of outstanding tasks in time and prevent potential problems of loss;

  • -    Create an archive of completed tasks with reports in the form of applications in a convenient form for further use;

  • -    Make evaluation of the effectiveness of the employees on the basis of statistical tasks on any horizon of analysis (day, week, month, year).

If the above listed programs were consolidated view, and only a certain part of them can be seen as motivating the personnel system, but now we come to the program having a significant role in managing and promoting employees.

The success of any business is directly linked to the performance of the company's employees. That is why personnel management managers and specialists develop various motivational schemes for increasing staff efficiency. Of particular popularity has received financial incentives: bonuses for performance based on KPI, bonuses and rewards. The basis of the program of calculation of premiums «1C: Management bonus scheme» is a flexible mechanism that allows you to create the optimal formula for calculating KPI employee taking into account many factors.

Thus effective system of motivation - it is such a motivation system that encourages the employee to be useful for the company's actions. The criterion of the usefulness of any action - participation in achieving the company's goals. The effectiveness of each organizational unit should be judged not by the number of actions, and the degree of achievement of the strategic or operational objectives on which these actions are directed.
