The informative evidence of immunological indices in the early postoperative period during the hip endoprosthetics

The results of studying cellular and humoral immunity indices are presented in 53 patients with coxarthrosis in the early postoperative period after the hip endoprosthetics. The tendency towards normalization of the indices studied has been observed on 21-st day after surgery if there are no infectious complications. In case of the atypical course of the postoperative period pathological changes are registered immunographically and the manifestation of these changes depends on the initial state of patient's immune system and on the presence of associated pathology.
