In this article analyzing the tasks of social economy and management of self-government bodies of citizens (makhalla meeting of citizens), a number of issues are considered: organizational, socio-economic and scientific-technical process of creating conditions for providing information by legal and physical in the territory of mahallas using information technologies, and also information systems. The methodology of using databases with application of information technology in OSG is defined.
