Informing depositors by banks about the terms of the agreement: problems of legal regulation

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of informing depositors by banks when concluding a bank deposit agreement. Noting the positive aspects of the existing legislative regulation of informing depositors about the terms of a bank deposit agreement, problematic issues related to the existing contradictions in regulation, the lack of proper protection of depositors when concluding a contract in precious metals, improper informing of depositors when concluding a contract by issuing a savings book to a depositor are highlighted.
