Informing as a factor of influence on the level of satisfaction of the population by the activities of local self-government bodies

The introduction of sociological indicators into the system of assessing the effectiveness of local self-government led to positive feedback from the scientific community, politicians, managers, the public at large. In the article, based on the results of a sociological study, an analysis is made of the influence of the cognitive factor - "awareness" on the level of social satisfaction with the activities of local government.
