Russia's infrastructure in the context of geo-economic transformation

The article considers the infrastructure aspect of development of the modern East Russia in the framework of geo-economic approach. The author describes the features of the Russian development model in comparison with the three dominant power centers in the world. The paper substantiates the idea of integration of financial resources of international financial institutions as a part of BRICS and SCO aimed at support of the development of commercial and industrial enclaves' infrastructure of transit countries with subsequent rent income. The main strategic partner in the infrastructural development of the East Russia, in the author's opinion, is China as a powerful country in economic, military and political aspects.
