Inclusion in a global policy perspective: current challenges and strategies to overcome them

The article reveals the essential foundations of the phenomenon of inclusion, which is rapidly changing the vectors of the development of world politics. The practice of deploying inclusive initiatives in various spheres of life, where social inequalities need to be overcome, is analyzed. The principles of the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of communities, in the center of which is inclusive growth, are revealed. Inequalities in the context of exacerbating the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are examined. It con-cludes that it is meaningful to assess the deployment of inclusive practices as a response to the general political and economic crises triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. The phenomenon of inclusion measures the life of communities in all possible contexts, bringing to the fore the problems of human depreciation and offering mecha-nisms to overcome them. The article outlines the basic principles of the formation of inclusive political institutions in the modern world. The goal of strengthening the position of inclusion has been defined as the promotion of human capital in order to stimulate the sustainable development of the global community.
