This study is an attempt at the philosophical reflection on the formation of an inclusive community in Russia from the perspective of disability. Comprehension of the breadth and complexity of the deployment of inclusion as a worldview universal is carried out on the example of the festival movement. Special attention is paid to various factors that enable the creative potential of people with disabilities to be unlocked in the process of festival activities and strengthen the position of inclusion as thinking of the modern age. Collective types of creativity have been identified as tools for the socialization of disabled people in national culture and resources of anthropogenesis. The authors conclude that the epidemiological situation has not slowed the pace of inclusive thinking development through the festival movement, but has contributed to the emergence of new formats of interaction.
