The article examines the essence of inclusive entrepreneurship, its characteristic features and advantages that determine social integration and economic development on an enterprise scale. The authors clarified the concept of inclusive entrepreneurship as a socially oriented economic activity of subjects, taking into account the principles of tolerance, democratization and equality, in order to ensure their economic self-sufficiency and subject to the availability of state support. The characteristic features of inclusive entrepreneurship are clarified: the social nature of economic activity; entrepreneurial activity of business entities; economic self-sufficiency and others. The possibilities of an inclusive approach to business activities have been identified, which can increase the competitiveness of an organization: increasing the reputation of the organization, increasing the potential for creating innovative goods and services, increasing market share coverage and entering new markets, improving personnel policies.
