Innovations in the business processes of an industrial enterprise

Oslo Manual 2018 identify functional categories for defining innovations in business processes. A similar composition of methods and practices is given in Form № 4-innovation, used in state statistical observation. For the purposes of mutual transition from one document to another, a table of correspondence of functional categories for determining innovations in business processes to methods and practices has been developed. Practical examples are considered.
