It is noted that the development of the digital economy is a strategic direction for the development of financial innovation. The liberalization of financial relations, in the context of the development of the digital economy, stimulated the emergence and development of a new type of banks, with new business models based on a single financial market platform. It is indicated that the fintech industry influences, first of all, the development of financial market infrastructure.
