He article describes and estimates innovations that appeared in the market and that are worth being paid attention to be implemented in hotel business. The relevance of the article is explained by increasing interest of commercial structures to the elaboration and implementation of innovations and innovational development as well as by the issues of hotel service quality and guests’ comfort increase where innovations can become the solution to these problems. The article gives different definitions to innovations and subjects of innovational process. The article describes innovational achievements that can be implemented in hotel sector enterprises. The article considers a project method as one of the efficient ways to implement innovations in enterprises. The article also provides a rough calculation of incomes and expenses of a hotel project with the use of innovation technologies. The article concludes that innovations can and should be used as one of the factors that increase competitiveness of an enterprise in the market.
