Аnnotation. The article discusses innovative ways in the process of making management decisions to optimize and improve the efficiency of all management subsystems, namely: planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination. The activities of a manager are closely connected with management decisions, since this process is a key link connecting management and realization of the goals and objectives. Therefore, it is extremely important to develop and search for non-standard tools in this field of knowledge.
