Innovations in realization of modern language educational policy of Russia

In article the major factors defining formation of the state language policy in the context of a historical retrospective, the main current trends of language educational policy in the conditions of the federal structure of the state are analyzed. Complexity of the organization of the educational activity directed on preservation and development of languages from among languages of the people of Russia in school system is characterized.
