The article defines the concept and the value of personnel motivation at the enterprise. The incentive system of labor motivation is studied in detail. Such types of personnel motivation as coercion and bonus, their effectiveness are discussed. The author describes some remuneration systems, provides examples of both standard and non-standard motivation, including the examples of employees' motivation abroad.
