Innovation activity and intra-trust: the problem of relationship

The article discusses the relationship between innovation activity and intra-confidence. The authors propose and confirm the hypothesis of a statistically significant correlation between the intra-confidence and innovation activity of employees. The basic research methods of the article are correlation analysis and index method. The paper used the results of monitoring surveys of the Tyumen region population in 2013 and 2016. The authors designate the problems, which solution would result in the growth of innovative activity of employees.
