The concept of teacher innovation, its components in the form of motivation, goals and operational components is considered. Revealed levels of formation of innovation, as well as the meaning and content. The concept of motivational readiness of the teacher to innovative activity is described. It is concluded that the development of the integrity of innovation is ensured by the unity of personal, creative and reflexive-technological components.
