Innovative activity of the teacher: the meaning and content

Revealed levels of formation of innovation, as well as the meaning and content. The concept of motivational readiness of the teacher to innovative activity is described. It is concluded that the development of the integrity of innovation is ensured by the unity of personal, creative and reflexive-technological components.
