Innovative model of organizing the chain of supply of electronic trading products using logistic centers

An innovative strategy for the development of online commerce using the FSUE “Russian Post” as a provider of logistics services is proposed. The implementation of this strategy with the use of additional logistics centers will optimize the supply chain of mail items and improve the entire distribution mechanism and logistics services.
