Innovative model of regional economic development of the Russian North on the example of Omsk region

The article shows the role of regions in the innovative development of the country, the objectives of regional innovation policy, the factors influencing the formation of regional innovation potential. Also, this article discusses innovation policy in the Omsk region. At the same time, the main factors affecting the innovation potential are identified. The article describes the forms of state support for innovation in the Omsk region.
