Innovative policy of the state: theoretical aspects of realization

The article deals with changes in ideas of the role of state in innovative development of economy; the directions reasoning defining and initiating role of state innovative policy in modern conditions are revealed. Direct and indirect methods to implement state innovative policy are considered. The authors point out that state plays a considerable role in a crisis situation, in periods of transition when the social system is being changed and renewed.
