The intensity of the free radical lipid peroxidation in the embryos of mirror carp by methods of biochemical and morphological analysis with traditional and new technologies of aquaculture is studied in the article. The effect of oxidative stress on the rate of cleavage and gastrulation in the embryos of fish has been established. The technology of free radical processes control in fish early ontogenesis using a new generation anti-oxidant "Thiophane" is suggested.
