Innovative susceptibility of the region

This article is written to justify basic development tendencies of large industrial businesses in the Russian national economy. High priority approaches to strategic diversification management based on the analysis of core activities implemented by an industrial facility are reviewed. Strategic diversification is a process of creating conditions to penetrate into new market segments in the medium term and long term, and national industrial facilities are capable of working out several plans at a time to penetrate into such segments.
