Innovative digital development of territorial entities

Innovation and “digital” are the paradigm of a new community, the result of which is the digitalization of the development of territorial entities. At the same time the conditions and consistency of regional social and economic development are ensured. The main tasks and their solutions arise on the basis of a study of the conditions, prerequisites and factors for the development of the innovative digital environment. At the same time the key point lies in the creation of an effective IT infrastructure, as an opportunity to maintain, preserve and create favorable conditions for the development of regions. It follows the solution to the problem is associated with the creation of a legal environment, training of specialists in such a way as to ensure interaction between the real sector of the economy, scientific communities, government institutions and the population that meet the requirements of modern realities of innovative and digital development. The article reflects the issues of developing elements of the innovative digital environment of the region, assessing the level of use of the results of digitalization of the territory.
