Innovative leadership: modeling of managers' activity tendencies of the enterprise

The theoretical bases of the diagnostics program of resources of innovative leadership for the enterprise managers are considered. Set of indicators of the managers' activity directed on change and on preservation of functioning parametres of system is proved. Possibilities of modeling of the revealed tendencies for management consulting are shown.
