In article the importance of a problem of an intensification of system of economic factors of a sustainable development of selskokhozyaystvenkny production is considered. In modern conditions it has to have the intensive and ecological character which is absolutely excluding or allowing antrokpogenny impact on the soil in the minimum sizes. For this purpose it is expedient to cultivate any culture only in conditions for which it is most adapted, limits for use of various receptions of an intensification have to be set, plants need to be protected from external influences. Innovative development of agrarian and industrial complex will favor to development of economy of the region in general.
