Innovative development of the tourism and hospitality industry within the ESG concept

The article discusses the directions for implementing ESG principles in the tourism and hospitality industry. It is shown that in the context of geopolitical changes and sanctions pressure, Russian enterprises continue to develop and implement solutions based on ESG innovations. The departure of international hotel chains and reservation systems from the Russian market has become a definite driver contributing to the creation of Russian innovative solutions in tourism and the hotel business. Examples of successful ESG transformation of hospitality enterprises are given, the most typical problems when introducing ESG principles into the activities of enterprises in the tourism and hospitality industry are shown.
