This article examines the impact of modern innovative technologies on improving the competitiveness and sustainability of companies in the transport and logistics sector. The relevance of the study is driven by the need for companies to adapt to the digital economy and growing demands for efficiency, transparency, and environmental sustainability in logistics processes. The aim of the study was to identify and quantify the impact of innovative technologies on operational productivity, customer satisfaction, and the ability of transport and logistics companies to adapt to changing market conditions. The results showed that the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and hyperautomation accelerates logistics operations by 20–40 %, reduces the likelihood of errors, and increases management flexibility. The use of blockchain technologies helps reduce operating costs by 20 % and increases transparency and trust among supply chain participants. The use of the Internet of Things (IoT) and predictive analytics can reduce overall operating costs by 15–25 %, optimize routes, and improve decision- making. Furthermore, the use of AI platforms in customer service increases customer satisfaction by 15–25 % and enhances consumer loyalty. A comprehensive assessment of the impact of innovation on the competitiveness of logistics companies was conducted, identifying the structural relationships between technological development, operational efficiency, and strategic business sustainability.
