Innovative development of furniture manufacturing enterprise

This article discusses the implementation of innovative activities for the manufactureof a sofa with an electric drive of furniture production enterprises to improve the efficiency oftheir activities and meet the consumer demand of people with disabilities. A flow chart of thetechnological process after the introduction of innovation for furniture production is presented,indicating the process of manufacturing parts for the lifting mechanism of furniture for peoplewith disabilities, the need for IT-specialists to work in the market has been determined, possiblesuppliers of the necessary equipment and resources for the implementation of innovation havebeen identified, as well as cost calculation and indicators of the production process are calculatedfor the development and installation of a network adapter that powers all electric drives. Thearticle proposes a plan for the implementation of innovation, indicating the duration and sequenceof work, assessed the potential capacity for a variable discount rate. The possibility of developingthe project with constant monitoring of the state of the external environment of the furniture industryenterprise was noted.
