Innovative development of agriculture in Russia: state and prospects

The paper analyzes characteristics and specific tendencies of innovation processes in agriculture. It is noted that innovations in agriculture is a weak mechanism for scientific and innovative activity in the absence of incentives for agricultural producers development of innovations. It identifies the problems and trends that restrict the innovative development of agriculture, which determine the need to find and implement effective measures to facilitate the mobilization of internal resources and improve the attractiveness of innovative agricultural production. It shows the structural and logical scheme of innovative development of agriculture. The main directions of innovation development improvement at the expense of state support of venture businesses, and expanding credit to subsidize part of the interest rates on loans for innovation, transfer to the use of agricultural land and other public areas on favorable terms or equity. Attention is drawn to the need for adjustment of tax incentives for agricultural producers, who perform innovations.
