Innovative development of territories: the possibility of public-private partnerships

Such an instrument as state and private partnership has been used by authorities for attracting private business to solve different problems in key spheres of economy including innovation development of territories. The paper proves the necessity to enlarge the sphere of using the state and private partnership for innovation development of Russian territories. The most perspective directions of the development of state and private partnership are suggested.
