The article presents the innovative concept of sustainable development, economic - environmental-ski systems in the region based on cooperation between state, business and society. Uniting the interests of public - private and public - public partnerships are proposed to be implemented through the creation of non-profit partnerships in managing the processes of maintenance of environmental quality.
