Innovations as feature of our time: approach to innovations on the example of medical cluster of the Samara region

The modern civilization development is based on competition liability of regions. One of the most required technologies which ensure the priority of regions is called cluster approach. The article deals with real prerequisites and structural elements required for forming and a successful function of medical cluster in the Volga federal okrug. The concept of medical and pharmacology technology cluster is regarded as symbiosis of medicine, public health services, pharmacology and humanitarian science.
