Innovation as an essential characteristic of development of modern education: to the issue of development of creativity in pedagogical systems

The article reveals the problems of innovative search from the point of view of systematic, syner-getic approaches; essentialities of innovative proc-esses in education, the position and role of educa-tional institutions in innovative processes, factors, signs and criteria of realization of innovation in the system of general education. The special atten-tion is paid to the new system of values of the innovational potential of educational system, and namely to the creativity as the systemic quality of teachers-researchers of a new type and students.
